Not sure what to say?

I'm sorry to hear about Don's passing. I admired and respected his leadership and integrity -- and especially how he treated his staff with care and respect, just like family. Those are such rare qualities. My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time.

Sincere condolences to all of the Ursins, yours was always such a special family to have spent time with growing up.

I am so sorry to hear of Don's passing. I only knew him through his involvement in the Illinois Association of Realtors. He and Joyce always had kind words for us and they were always smiling. As I was going through the chairs of IAR Don was always there when I needed some guidance. Debbie and I shall miss him.

Phil Johnson
IAR President 1992

Don was a true gentlemen I will remember fondly. My sincere condolences to Joyce and his entire family. I am sorry to have missed the services. I only heard on Friday late afternoon. I would have liked to have paid my respects to this man who always treated me with respect. God Bless you, Don.

My sincerest condolences to Joyce, children and family. A kinder, more gentle and caring man I did not know. When I decided to further my career in real estate as an officer of the Illinois Association of Realtors, Don was one of the first Past Presidents to encourage me and provide guidance and counsel for my candidacy. I listened to all his advice and success was finally attained. I will miss his kind smile and gentle guidance as a colleague and a friend!

My sincerest condolences to Joyce, children and family. A kinder, more gentle and highly successful man I did not know!
As I came up "through the ranks" of the Illinois Association of Realtors, Don was one of the first Past State Presidents that supported and encouraged me to engage my candidacy to become an IAR officer. With his guidance and patience, success finally arrived! I will miss him greatly...

I KNEW DON FROM AUSTIN HIGH SCHOOL TO THE UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN, MADISON. WE PLAYED FOR THE TIGERS AND THE BADGERS IN DIFFERENT SPORTS. I REMEMBER HIM AS A KIND BIG STRONG ATHLETE MORE THAN WILLING TO HELP A YOUNGER ATHLETE. HE WAS ALWAYS SMILING AND KIND. MY CONDOLENCE TO HIS FAMILY. REST IN PEACE DON.

To our past neighbors in lincolnwood,so many Years have gone by but good memories remain. The Huhtelin family remembers. Helen and family sends condolences.
