Marjo,
Saw your dad's picture in a Press I didn't get around to last week. Recognized him right away, even after all these years. So sorry for your loss. My sympathies to you and your family. I remember both your folks as such sweet people. He has obviously left a wonderful legacy!

My heart and prayers go out to you Jess and "mom" and the rest of the family. He was such a wonderful and loving man whose love and kindness will carry on in all of our lives. He has followed Gods calling and now spritually touching the lives of others in the way he has touched our lives on earth. God bless all his family and friends.

Don's tree has roots that are very broad. He has done his work, and he's done it well. He has finished the work God gave him.

It's a sad thing. It pains. It never stops. You cannot explain it. It's not easy.

Have "Mut" (courage). You need this Mut to live.

I have visited Marjo's parents in 2008. But I know the family since 1977, when Marjo and I became friends in Bonn/Germany. I had much fun with Mr.Vander Mey through his friendly conversations and his "Japanese greetings" with American accent! I was missing him too, when I read the email from Marjo yesterday. I hope, Mrs. Vander Mey will take good care of herself. She and her family are in my prayers. Mei-ling
