Our condolences to the whole VandeWettering Family - all Blackie's children, grandchildren and siblings - Blackie was a good guy and I'm sure he is in a better place watching over all of you - remember the good times and take comfort in the fact that he didn't have to suffer a lot.

Loved to watch him and Annabelle at the mule and donkey show! He will be missed by man and beast.

Please accept my condolences for your loss. Don and I were friends many years ago when he was a Freshman and I was a Sophomore at Freedom High School. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.

Cheryl, Kim, Jay and Linda,

I am so sorry to hear that your Dad passed away; it appears it was sudden and hopefully involved no suffering. As a sister-in-law to your Dad many years ago, I couldn't have asked for a better brother-in-law. He was a great man! My prayers will be that peace will eventually be with you.

Blackie filled a piece of my heart I can never replace. I will miss him dearly. Thank you for being a true friend and riding buddy of mine. Thank you for allowing a poor single mom to enjoy some getaways:) You live on in my heart

RIP Blackie last time I seen him was a few years ago and he gave me some good advice i.ll always remember that. Thanks for the memories.
