I am sorry to hear of your loss. Don and I were teammates and he was a fierce competitor. The hardest I was ever hit was on a pass rush and Don and I ran into each other. He got alot out of what he was given. Again I am sorry to hear of his passing, he was a friend. We had alot of fun being Huntsville Hornets back in the 70's!

I was in 1st grade with Don. When I think of him, the first words that come to mind is...'he was my friend'' Though we were never in close contact once we reached adulthood and our lives took us in different directions, whenever we saw each other, we were like 6 year olds running into each other on the playground. I pray that his soul is at a peaceful rest with Our Lord. Family, you have my heartfelt sympathy. Remember, there is no growth without change, no change without fear or loss,...
