Not sure what to say?

I worked at Amsterdam Memorial for almost 18 years. I always found Don to be a great asset to the nursing staff. His knowledge, kindness and ability to help the nursing staff was above & beyond ! I will always remember his sense of humor, his gift of gab & his wonderful smile . I know that the Lord has welcomed him home with open arms

Diane & Family,
I am so very sorry to learn of your loss. I grew up around the corner from the Vitello family and went to school with Diane. May you all find comfort in God's arms during this difficult time. God Bless you all.

I remember Don from Franklin School...his sister, Carol, and I were friends. My deepest sympathy to your family.

I am so sorry to hear of Don's passing. He was an amazing person and pharmacist! I worked with Don in 1974 at Amsterdam Memorial Hospital and then again as he was our Consultant at Liberty ARC for at least 30 years. He always took his time to know the individuals he supported along with knowing the nurses. His patience in working with all was always to ensure it was the best for the person along for the nurse to have the knowledge of the specific medication. He truly cared for all! ...

Praying and thinking about you. Hold onto your memories and keep sharing them. Remember the laughter and smiles. May you feel God's love surrounding you.

Dad I'll miss you and life will never be the same.
Always close to my heart

To Don's family,

I worked at AMH and always thought of Don as a quite and kind man who was very good at his job. So sorry to hear of his passing. May God be close to all of you at this time.
