Mr. Washington was a caring, kind soul. I worked with him at The Cincinnati Hamilton County Community Action Agency from 2000-2008; he always complimented me on my smile! RIP Mr. Washington - I KNOW you´re smiling

You will be sorely missed! It was always a delight to see and spend time talking and laughing with you.
