Not sure what to say?

Don,
I never met you but heard all about you for years while working with your Dad. It was obvious you were a very devoted father, a loving son and a very smart man. Your parents were so proud of you and you lit up their lives. I wish I could have met such a great guy and know you will leave a huge hole in all the hearts you have touched. My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time.

Went to your funeral today. It was a calm day--And it was so unlike you. I kept waiting for a large gust of wind to blow through, so we could say, "Don's arrived!" But the day was also sunny and peaceful, so you were indeed there. The weather was much like it would be when we would decide to go to Tiger Stadium to watch the Tigers play while in college. Or when we would go and play IM softball. I reflected upon first seeing you strolling down Holden Hall at MSU in 1981. I thought about the...

Don:

You were a wonderful friend and father (and will continue to be in our hearts). You will be truly missed by all. Lauren and Ashley if there is anything that we can do for you please do not hesitate to ask. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

God Bless!

Don,
I will miss hearing from you on my birthday. You reached out to me religiously every year with your best wishes, sometimes beating my family. I am sorry we didn't get together when you were here in NYC a few weeks ago. You will be greatly missed.
Linda

Don,

You have left us way to early and I'm disappointed that we didn't complete our plans to take over RSM. You have always been a close friend and colleague. You will be missed by all whose lifes you have touched.

I will always remember the misbehaving that we have done together, whether it was playing hooky at Boulevard or the many trips we took together to New Orleans or Vegas. Your weird sense of humor will be missed as will your unique ability to be the "human address...

I know i only knew you for almost 2 years, but i felt as if i knew you for my whole life.
You will always be in my heart!

Don is such a strong life force I just can't accept that he's not with us anymore. My college memories will forever include Don's larger-than-life personality. It was really a pleasure to watch him
mature into a great dad, an accomplished professional and, yes, even an older and wiser man. I'm digging through my pictures to see what wild and crazy images I can find to celebrate Don's life rather than only mourn his passing. Thanks for adding a lot of laughs to my life and to so many...

Don was a true friend to me. He was always there to listen, joke around, and help however he could. He helped me through some difficult situations and never expected anything in return. He even made me like the Tigers. The world and I will miss you my friend.
