The Whitman family was always wonderful. I remember going down to Green Valley with my dad. Don always had a smile and would help out with anything. They don´t make people like him anymore.

Our condolences to Don´s family and friends. Bowled with Don and his teammates in the Pleasant Valley League down at the Lara Bowl in New Lebanon and had some great times with him and the others. He also helped me out several times with trailer and tractor repairs even after he "retired", will miss you Don.

What a wonderful, amazing guy Don was. He took Kirk under his wing & they became fast friends. Kirk looked to Don as not only a great friend & tractor mentor, but definitely as a father figure. He had so much respect & love for Don. They were such great friends that Judy & I were starting to become partners in crime together as well! We will miss Don & his wisdom & humor & love forever. Judy we both are here for you for whatever you need. No matter what, no matter when. We love you.
