Not sure what to say?

Tom and family It saddens me and Dorothy to hear about Don's passing on from this life, but I know he's enjoying himself at the head table with all of his friends and family that have crossed over before him. He enriched our lives thru his happy-go-lucky attitude, passing it on to everybody he met. Some of the best memories of my life were playing handball with him and the rest of the guys at the Elks lodge in Springfield. I only hope he remembered to bring a handball, but if not, I'll be...

Tommy, we were saddened to hear of Dons passing. He was such an amazing, hardworking and fun guy. We have so many great memories of him in the summer with the annual "Otis Cup" volleyball game. Tom and family my condolences. Some of my best memories visiting him with my dad at Otis ,and boating by his dock and seeing him floating by his dock , not to mention the visits to the fire station and sliding down the pole. He created alot of memories and was someone who I enjoyed talking to later in life. I hope you are playing touch football with my dad right now ,"go Springfield Cowboys"

Chalky Great man. GREAT Fire Fighter He was my first Partner on the Job.Your Friend Connie Sullivan

He was one of my dad's best friends, whom he played sports with, and admired Chalky's mental and physical toughness. He often said that he felt more comfortable going into a building to knock down a fire with Chalky next to him. As we know...

Rest in peace Mr. Wright, I always enjoyed your company. From teaching us how to mop floors at the Bosch plant when we were teenagers to seeing you at the Elks lodge, you were always a class act.
