Oh, Mrs. Martinelli, how much I loved to see your smiling face every week when you came to have your hair done, and I'm missing you already for the fun and great conversations we had! You were always a bright light in my week. Your smile and good humor made everyone smile at the salon. To the family, I will pray for your peace at the loss of such a precious, sweet lady. Please know that her warmth and kindness will never be forgotten.

I first met Donatella when I came to study piano with Istvan in September 1955. I was 14 at the time. From the first day, she made me feel like I was a member of the family. I loved her, and will always be grateful for her kindness, warmth and friendship. She was an intelligent, talented and beautiful woman. She will always be in my heart.
