Born on December 15, 1955, in Portsmouth, he was a son of Raymond and Faye Bailey Woodrum of Sciotodale, and was a conductor for the Norfolk and Southern Railroad.

So sorry to have just found out about Doc passing away. The first time we meet was in Williamson Yard When it was Norfolk and Western Railroad. Doc Was a great friend to me. RIP Brother Doc. My Prayers goes out to his Family.

I used to be neighbors of the Bailey family and of the Woodrums.
