Donna S. Nelson, age 66 years, of Troy, died on Tuesday, Aug. 17, 2010, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Mo.She was born on Oct. 14, 1943, in Newton, Ill., the daughter of the late Victor and Lois Kennedy Earnest.She married Paul E. Nelson. He survives and resides in Troy.Along with her...
