Yesterday

Mindful of Donna's gracious ways and her sunshine smile. A special thank you for her skill in planning a trip to Ireland for my mother and me. Memories of Donna will always be bright.

Mrs. Apicelli was my teacher the year Carter and Ford were running. She held a mock election and talked about the importance of voting. Her message stuck with me so much that I registered at 18 and have only missed one election since then, including referendums and local elections. I'm almost 60, so I have carried her teaching and influence through almost 50 years. Thank you, for your gift of democracy and responsiblity of citizenship. Your grateful student, Jennifer.

Donna and I worked together at Kaplan´s and she was pure sunshine! The two of us traveled together to London a couple of times and to Las Vegas. They are some of my fondest memories. My sincere sympathies to Jimmy and all her family

I had the pleasure of working with Donna at Kaplan Travel in the 80's. She was the kindest, most generous person. She radiated joy and I am blessed to have known her and her friendship. My deepest condolences to her family.

I am so sorry to hear of Donna's passing. I did not know her well but my late wife worked as a librarian at Mary Morrison School and talked about Donna from time to time. I knew Donna's husband Jim as we both attended Fitch High School together. My heart goes out to Jim and the rest of the Apicelli family because I know the pain of losing a spouse you have been married to for 50+ years. May Donna RIP
