Not sure what to say?

Donna and I few together often. And what a delight it was. She always had the beautiful smile as though everything amused her. Passengers loved her as did the crews. When I left the airlines in '87 for my final fligh.t I walked on the plane feeling very melancholy for she was the one that I would have wanted most to see one last time. Suddenly there she was. Flashing the beautiful smile almost screaming JAN! You can call it providence or a simple coincidence but there she was. We kept...

My deepest sympathies to Donna's family and friends. I met Donna to help her with her garden trees, which she enjoyed so completely. Her enthusiasm --for her animals, the birds outside her window, the adventures of her life, on and on-- was inspiring. I feel so fortunate to have spent some time with her. I'll always remember her smile!

Sincerely,
Allison

I miss you so very much
You are in my heart and soul forever

I'm so sad to hear of her passing. It's been years since I've seen that smiling face. What a treasure! I enjoyed flying w/Donna out of SFO. Such fond memories. I can still hear her laughter.
My heart goes out to her family.

You will always live in our hearts and prayers.

I met Donna in the early 90's. I was at work and heard what I thought was my dog, Cubby, barking in the parking lot. I went out to investigate and found not my Norwich Terrier, but another in a car. I went to all the offices in the building until I found Donna. It was her Norwich Terrier, Toby. Amazing how much they sounded alike. That was the start of a friendship with Donna and our Norwich Terriers. Donna got Rocky, and I got his littermate Biscuit. We spent a week at "Dog Camp" with...

Dear Victor and Smith Families,

Our sincere condolences for your loss. I attended Donna's beautiful memorial service today, I have never been so sad yet uplifted at the same time. She was much too young to pass.

Donna is the reason why my husband and I brought two Norwich Terriers, Monty and Penny, into our lives, who are the sunshine of our lives. Donna was very generous in all senses of the word, and we bonded over our love for the breed.

I was always amazed by...

Pathed crossed and friendships formed through our beloved dogs - that's how many of us meet in our community. Many of us shared our love of our pets and love of books with Donna. I was a recipient of some of her famous handwritten letters, and one I've kept brought me comfort at a time of great loss in my life. Sending condolences to her family now. I know Donna is now reunited with her dear Norwich Terriers - Craig, Rocky, Vanna and Tugger.
