There are no words we can write that will lessen your pain. Donna was a wonderful friend to our son and his family and she will be deeply missed by many, we know. Nick learned so much from her about the outdoors and he will have those memories forever to cherish. Donna always had a smile for us and we so enjoyed her company. Thinking of you all during this difficult time.
Though we search for closure, in one sense Donna showed her usual wisdom beyond her years in requesting no service, as I don't know of any place that could hold all of the people that have been touched by her and all of their love for her. I know I will always carry her in my heart and treasure my memories of her.
I trust that she's now an angel among us.

Although it has been many years it is heartbreaking to read about the loss of someone you have once known.
