Not sure what to say?

We are sorry for your loss. We didn't hear about her death until Thanksgiving. We always appreciated her as a good neighbor and a fine example of a great homemaker and kind friend. She was a good example to our family.

Steven,
I just wanted you to know how sorry I am for your loss. I am sorry that I could not be to the viewing or the funeral, but your Mom was a very special lady and I know she will be missed by many. Please know of my love for you and your family. May the many precious memories you have of your Mom bring you peace and comfort in the days to come.

Utah PTA appreciates Donna as a past State PTA President and the wonderful service she gave to Children and the Community.
Ilene Mecham, Utah PTA President

Donna Davies was a person who loved and cared about children and worked her entire life for their benefit through PTA both on a State and National level. I watched her close up and can tell you she didn't compromise her values in any circumstance that she found herself in. She had a wonderful smile and continually shared her knowledge with so many of us. Her constance in life will be missed. I valued her friendship and am grateful that I knew her.

She was the force behind many pieces of legislation that still impact quality of life for all Utahans. She was loving, compassionate, and practiced 'servant leadership' by her example. She loved and served her 'Ray' and couldn't say enough about those wonderful boys and then, the grandchildren. We have lost a...

Dear Family:
I served under Donna and still marvel at what a lovely, dignified, gracious lady she was. She was beautiful on the inside as well as the outside. She led by teaching what was correct, setting us a good example and then coaching us from the side lines. I had several ideas that she allowed me to develop - she believed in me and I tried really hard to please her. She allowed me to start the "Friend to Children Award." It has recognized many friends of children through the...

Dan, sorry for your loss. The Wasatch Metering group want you to know you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Donna was a hero to me. She took me under her wing when I was a new person on the State P^TA Board and taught me how to lobby at the legislature. She was a quite powerful source of knowledge and all of PTA learned from her. My favorite rememberance is when Donna was working on legislation that would have tobacco products locked and not be accessed by youth. To prove her point when she was at the store one day she borrowed a pack of cigarettes to prove how easy it was to lift (in her case...
