"Miss Northrup" was my first grade teacher in 1956. I am now in my 34th year as a first grade teacher. I remember her so well and loved her as my teacher. I went to see her when I became a teacher and was so warmly received by her. Very recently I met someone who worked with 'Miss Northrup" and she showed Miss Northrup my class picture when I was in first grade. I understand that Miss Northrup was touched by seeing the picture.
