Donna Gedda

Mrs. Gedda was my 5th grade teacher at Lawrence Elementary in Lodi. I loved her so much! She was such a wonderful teacher and instilled in me the love of reading. I am now a librarian at an elementary school in Nevada. One funny memory I have of her is when she would get an eyelid twitch, she would have to just go sit down until it passed. Donna was a faithful volunteer at Friends of the Library Bookstore and I enjoyed working with her. She always had a friendly word and smile.

Donna was such a kind and caring person. Her warm smile and listening ways endeared her to many. How blessed we were to have her in our lives. She will be missed.
