Donna L. Gigliotti

It is with deep sadness that I recently learned of Donna’s death. I had only know her for 5 years, in that short time we had a wonderful time tracing her ancestral lines via email and an occasional phone conversation when I was still working for the Defense Department. We never got the chance to meet, but had spoke of getting together so I could show her the films that contained the vital records of her ancestors.

In the 22 years that I've known Donna she has always been the most thoughtful friend. She would let no obstacle get in the way of remembering a birthday or anniversary. She would bring back a present from every trip, even when it would make no sense to do so except for the act of kindness. I want to extend my very deepest sympathy to her family.
