Donna was a sweetheart! I first met her when Donna helped make all our reservations in 1992 when Dennis and I went to Switzerland to visit his family, then on to the Azores Islands to spend time with my Portuguese family there. She was so helpful and easy to work with. Again a few years later the day after Christmas we left to spend the holiday in Venice, Italy and Donna once again took care of everything for our trip.
