Donna Barkhau Hamilton

I keep finding out that old friends have died without me knowing. I met Donna in Youth Choir at St. John's and stayed in touch for years. But when I moved to North Carolina and my parents both died here, I lost touch. I found this out when I came into town for my reunion. My sympathies to Phil, Bruce, and the children. My relationship with the Barkhau family began when I was pastor at St. Peter's UCC< Osgood, IN. I met the family when Ada's brother, Bud Meyer passed away and I conducted his service. Bud and Ada were brother and sister prior to her marriage to Clarence Barkhau. Bud and Bernice were longtime members of St. Peter's and were instrumental in leading the congregation to do a total remodeling which still stands today.
