I remember Ms. Holmes when she worked as a teaching artist at Newark Public Schools. Great professional and human being. Rest In Peace! My condolences to her family.

I am so sorry to hear of Donna's passing. She was a wonderful friend and co worker. I didnt know until today that she passed. I've tried to call, but just thought she changed her number. My heart goes out to her family. She touched the lived of many people. Get smile was always warm and welcoming.

I miss my friend and sister of kindred spirit, Donna L. Holmes. My heart still hurts when I think of how she made her transition weeks before I would I find out through an old email that I wasn't even aware that I had. It answered the question as to why I had not received any response after attempting to make contact with her. Donna was and is a beautiful soul whose joy and passion for life and art made a lasting impression on me and on many of the people privileged to know her.

I miss the opportunity of running into her here in Newark and the joyful surprise it always brought me. I want her to know how wonderful it was to share just a bit of planet earth together.

Ms Holmes was my son's Dramma Instructor at NSA. She was a wondeeful teacher and an extraordinary person. We will sincerely miss her; and pray that all of her greatness shines in the hearts of her loved ones throughout eternity.
