Not sure what to say?

I worked with Donna at West Suburban and she was a great lady. Very talented and knowledgeable in her profession. I was the head of HR at the time and she was always smart enough to know how to partner with other executives in order to successfully achieve her stated goals. She was committed to and loved her faculty and nursing students. May she Rest In Peace.

Dear Bud, I happened upon notice of Donna's passing and am still in a state of shock. I remember a genteel lady of warmth and class who seemed to complete and ground you and who had a special flair for hospitality. We are all diminished by her death and I will be praying God's comfort for you and your children. Phil.4:7

I worked with Donna at West Suburban Hospital but spoke with her occasionally after that. She was a wonderful person with strength and integrity. A role model for many. My heart goes out to all of you. I will have very fond memories of her.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Bud and family, we mourn with you the loss of a wonderful woman. May God's Spirit comfort you in this time of reflection and grief.

Gardi and family-I'm thinking of you all today, knowing your hearts are heavy. May all gathered in your mom's honor bring you some comfort & peace.
Love,
Carol (hickey) Gifford

My memories of her are linked with feeling glad to be back in school, and knowing I'd made the right decision to do that. She treated me and other students with such respect as she imparted some of her impressive confidence and breadth of knowledge. One quote I recall from her is, “I do everything but cut, sew, and...
