I remember Donna (and her mother) as neighbors on Marcelle St. She was always welcoming to me and my then young children, and she really cared about the neighborhood.

I remember Donna from Saint Joan of Arc School from kindergarten through fifth grade. I also knew her father who was my barber. My mother knew the family from her school years in Holyoke. It all seems so long ago, but my memories of Donna and her family seem like only yesterday.
