The Caring Spirit.
The greatest memory of mine is the story of my father, mother, Aunt Cookie and Uncle Dick. These four caring spirits gathered together one Christmas season and decided that both my Uncle Dick and my father where to receive a turkey each for the holiday season and being that they always celebrated together that they needed to give the other turkey away. So they told my mom and Aunt Cookie that as they bought the feast to by two of everything. They worked for a...

It was with sadness that I read of your mom's passing. I worked with your dad, Lin, at Hertz Truck Leasing and Jackson Truck & Trailer and remember him well. Although I didn't know your mom very well, I knew that Lin was a good man and loved his wife and family. We once took a couple of old trucks to Memphis, TN and I wanted to leave them both on side the road and get a bus home. Lin patiently repaired the trucks which broke down 6 times during the trip. He was hard working and resourceful...

I never got to know Aunt Donna, But I can say she was the Light in Daniel's Eyes! He Loved her so much, and would tell me about the time that...! There was ALWAYS a story! My heart aches for him and all his family!

We may have thought we "lost" someone special, which we did in a sense, but those who knew Aunt Donna will share with me and all of us the true spirit of her. She loved to love and was a rock in everyones foundation! I am happy to know my Aunt Donna now rest with the true love of her life! Aunt Donna taught us all so much without us even knowing it at the time. She taught me to be strong, love like there is no tomorrow! I Love you Aunt Donna, and your spirit will live in me Always!

For 25 years you have been like a mom to me, and for the past 6 considered another grandmother to my children. The love and encouragement you have shown for me and your "adopted" family will be deeply missed.
We love you and miss you, Mike, Deanna, August, Trey, and Rachel

Hello,
I will miss my old "playing hookie from school" pal. We have many years of history and I take comfort in the memories of those times we shared.

Even though I only ever talked to Aunt Donna on the phone I could tell she had a wonderful and beautiful heart. I'm one of the lucky people that get to see Daniel, Kelly, Cookie, Grandma Kathy and Richie light up when they talk about her. She will be greatly missed. My heart, thoughts and prayers go out to her family.

This is a great loss for those that know and those that did not know my Aunt Donna. This profound loss has left an absence in me. A comfort comes to me through Jesus and fond memories.

My love to all
