It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Donna J. Monroe, who left us peacefully on October 13, 2025, at the age of 68. Born on November 15, 1956, in Maryland.
Donna, a beloved mother to Jamie Swisher, loving stepmother to Jerry Swisher, Sharon Swisher, Karen Juratovak and the late Tommy Swisher. Grandmother to Mason Moffitt. Donna was also a dear sister to Sharon Kelly, Robert Monroe, and she now joins her late brother, Nelson Monroe Jr., in peace. She leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, and a community of loving friends and family.
A public viewing will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk on Friday October 17, 2025, from 2:00-4:00 & 6:00-8:00 pm, followed by a service at 7:00 pm.
Donna will be greatly missed by all who knew her. May she rest in peace.
