LaRue was a true "Sis" to me. Having grown up in a family of 3 boys I never knew what it was like to have a "Sis" until I met and married her oldest sister, Juanita. The first time I ever laid eyes on her was around 1947. I came to the parsonage to see Juanita and I heard a little voice coming out the kitchen window. It was LaRue, then about 9 years old. Uncle Johnny, Veronica and Montee,
You know you are in my thoughts and prayers and will continue to be as the days go by.
Aunt LaRue was my best friend and I miss her terribly. In my heart I know she's no longer sick and hurting and I can hear her voice in Heaven's choir. I just wish it didn't hurt so much to miss her here.
