My condolences go out to the Roti family and extended funeral family. The industry has lost a great professional and true subject matter expert. I worked with Donna for several years and as a former colleague it is with great sorrow to have heard of her struggles. So very sorry to hear of Donna's passing. We knew her way back when she was in high school with our daughters. Also knew Frank very well. I sought out your dear Donna three times in the last ten years to compliment her on her exceptional restoration skills in some difficult, sensitive moments. She provided grieving families the chance to mourn as normally as possible, and we couldn't thank her enough for her unseen hours of skill and competence.
