Donna Ruel Obituary
Donna Ruel, age 90, of Winger, MN, and resident of Fair Meadow Nursing Home in Fertile, MN, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 22nd, at Sanford Hospital in Fargo, ND. There will be no services at this time. Interment will be in Calvary Lutheran Cemetery, Winger, at a later date. Arrangements are with Carlin Family Funeral Service of Fosston and messages of condolence may be shared at www.carlinfuneral.com.
Donna was born on June 25, 1933, in Merrick County, Nebraska to parents Roscoe and Helen (Miller) Osborn. Life’s circumstances took her from Nebraska to Colorado, Illinois, California and finally Minnesota where she spent the last 50 years of her life.
She was married to Raymond Ruel and they raised three children.
Survivors include two sons, four grandchildren, two great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter, sister, half-brother, several nieces and nephews and one great niece.
