Dear Family of Donna,
Donna's family & mine go back a long way. We were all friends & neighbors on Flint's East side during the 30's & 40's. I have many good memories of Donna, her brothers and their parents.
May God bring happy memories of your Mom and grandmother to the front of your memory, allowing the most recent one to fade into the back ground; not to be forgotten, but not quite so painful. May God Bless and keep you in His Care is my prayer.

Your Mother and Grandmother was a neighbor or ours for many years. She always was an independent woman and enjoyed swapping stories about our families. She joined our diet club for a time and brought recipes and articles to share with the ladies. We enjoyed her ready smile and quick wit. She will be missed in the neighborhood, we're sorry for your loss.

Donna was a special part of our family. She was a very strong and interesting person who taught me many things. She was always good for a joke or to help when needed. It is going to be very different without her-we miss her so much. Although she knew it was her time and she waved goodbye, it is hard to believe she is gone.
