Not sure what to say?

Hello,

We apologize for being so late in expressing our deepest condolences to you and your family. We want you to know that we will be sending Care Packages to deployed troops this holiday season and several of these will be dedicated to your loved one. Each package will carry the name, photo, service branch, rank and hometown of Donnie R. Belser US Army Captain.

We realize that this is a small tribute, but we do this with all respect and sincerity and we want you...

It was a Honor serving with you in OIF 2.

CPT Belser was the logistics leader of his transition team. He was responsible for taking care of the supply, maintenance, and transportation needs of his own team, as well as training the Iraq Army in these skills. On FOB Warhorse he would come by my office once a week or so to take care of business and shoot the breeze. He did a great job taking care of his team. We talked about family and work. He was a kind old soul, very respectful, very mature. As I sat in the safety of the FOB...

Captain B, Its been 10 years for me to say anything to you except in my own mind, I can remember the morning of that day like it was yesterday. we discussed motorcycles like we always did. that morning wasn't unusual we all getting ready , loading ammo, water and food. I have struggle with...

To the family and loved one's of Capt. Belser ... please know that as a military brat who realizes that the loss of a loved one is never easy and never forgotten...I am not forgetting Capt. Belser. As I have read the other posts on this guestbook - I realize what a wonderful and respected man the world no longer has walking among us. Please know that I am very sorry for your loss and I appreciate the sacrifice that he and your family have made for us. Today I honor and remember Capt. Donnie...

Donnie,

This is the first time I've been able to write in your guest book. It's not because I did not want to; I just couldn't. There isn't a day that I don't think about what happened in Bacqubah, Iraq (10 years ago today). We were both young Captains with families. You were an awesome human & an exceptional Army Officer. Your sacrifice has not been forgotten (and it never will). We lost a lot of good men during that tour (2006-2007) and each loss was tough. I was emotionally and...

It's been a while Donnie, but I think of you often. I still cannot believe that you are not here. Just thinking of the impact you had on my life brings tears to my eyes. You help to shape me into the man I am today. You may have thought that I wasn't listening when you spoke, but I was, and man I am so thankful. I love you and miss you my brother!!

It will be cool meet you but i can't i dont get to say goodbye to you i am going to miss you alot
