Missing one of the best friends I ever had. So many things I hear or see bring back fun memories of fun times. But knowing you, you wouldn't like what the world has become. One day, I hope we can sit and laugh again like we used to.

Came to see you today. Cleaned yours and Bruce's stones and left you some hippie daisys. But you know that.

Don was one of those characters in life that you just don't forget......He had a sense of humor that was legendary......I worked with him at UAB.......My condolences to the Shirley family.....

Don will be missed by all who knew him. Prayers for his family and friends. Rest in Peace Don.

It is almost eleven now thinking of the many years of music, fun, not so much fun, and all the other stuff in between. Glad I was able to catch up with you lately. Very happy to have shared times -mighty crazy times

I was sadden to hear of Don's passing. I worked with Don at BMC Montclair. One of the best portable/surgery x-ray techs ever! It was busy but we had a lot of fun and laughs. A very good co-worker. It was my pleasure to have known and worked with him. In Christian sympathy and love, S. Witherspoon
