All I can think about is how time has passed sence we were adolescents and my brother Dontel was the oldest. All I can think about how Dontel was so hip to music. It is because of my brother that I know about R&B music back in the early 70's I'm going to truly miss my big brother. My heart goes to Anna, Nesa, and Anna's boys. My you rest in peace. I want you to know that I love you.

Mr. Dontel was the greatest stylist to ever live. He will be sorely missed. Not only was he gifted to do hair, he had a heart of gold. When you sit in someone's chair week after week for 30 plus years they become your dear friend, and I am devestated at the loss of my friend. To the Jefferson Family, you have my sincere heartfelt prayers during this season of grief. Rest assuredly that "to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord."
