Dora Lee Cushman

Dora Lee Cushman of Roscommon MI, formerly of Grand Blanc, age 63, died Sunday June 5, 2016 at her residence.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday June 11, 2016 at Central Church of the Nazarene 1261 W. Bristol Rd. Flint, with Jon Gildner officiating. Dora will lie in state at the church from 11:00 am Saturday until time of services, a memorial brunch and gathering of friends, will be held from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at the church. Graveside services will be held at 2:45 pm Saturday at the Ortonville Cemetery. Those desiring may make contributions in her memory to the family for future memorials in her name. Dora was born in Flint Michigan on July 17, 1952 the daughter of the late Edward & Lorraine (Thompson) Diffin and had resided in the area until retiring to Roscommon. She was joined in marriage to Earl Alan Cushman on January 24, 1970. She was a member of Central Church of the Nazarene and was a beauty operator for numerous years. She leaves her husband of forty-six years Earl, children; Jeffrey (Julie) Cushman, Mark (Michelle) Cushman, Alisha Cushman, Ricky (Felicia) Cushman, she also leaves seven grandchildren, sisters; Pati (Jack) Silvers, Gina Wilson, and a host of other relatives.
