Many fond memories of working with Doreen at SNET so long ago. We would sit high on chairs with wicker seats and take calls from strangers, neighbors, celebrities and people having an emergency, where their first thought was to dial `0´. Our personal lockers would have extra clothes and toiletries for times when we would be required to stay and work through blizzards and floods or handle international calls from local relatives after an earthquake, volcano eruption or political upheaval....
