I remember Doreen and her sisters many yrs ago when we lived at MQ. Lost contact until she moved to a Fremont Sr living facility a few yr ago. If I can make it on Apr 15, it would be nice to see some of the sisters again.

I thank God for the gift of Doreen's life. Despite her difficulties, her weekly prayer requests were always for others, seldom for herself.

I wish I had known her better. I wish I could have met her in person, later in life. I am comforted by the fact that I did get the chance to reconnect with her if only for a short time through phone calls, letters, and photographs. I will miss my Grandma.
