Not sure what to say?

Auntie Doreen, you leave behind a multitude of family and friends whose lives you touched in your special way. You were always there whenever anyone asked. Your capacity to love was God's gift to you and I know that your rewards in heaven are given with much love in return. I can never think of playing cards without being taken back to your basement with its suit decor and all of your cross-stitch patterns and paraphernalia.

You never thought you were a very good Godmother but you...

Mrs. Leia was my neighbour since I moved to North Glenora in November 1982. Since our houses faced each other directly, we would often cross the road and chat with each other whenever we happened to be in the front yard. Often our visits included her then dog, Brandy. I shall miss seeing her come down her front steps being whisked away by her friends to go play bridge or to the other many activites she took part in over the years. I admired her joie d'vivre.

My deepest...

Auntie Doreen, it is an honor to be named after someone as wonderful as you

Doreen, you were a life long friend and will be truly missed

Thank you for the Cooking tips and Cookbook Rest in Peace Doreen.

Aunty Doreen, you will be sadly missed. Your kind and loving heart is second to none.
Love Heidi

We wish to extend our deepest sympathy to you and your family on the passing of Doreen. We have enjoyed her friendship since the day she & Tom were married in Norman Wells. Unfortunately, we will not be able to attend the services as we are away in BC, but you can be assured our thoughts & prayers will be with you on this sad occasion.

Auntie Doreen a caring women with a great smile. You'll be missed

Doreen was our receptionist for the Plastic Surgery Office of Doctors Henry Shimizu, Gary Lobay, and Gorman Louie. Her "sunny" disposition was a "welcoming" sight for patients for many years. She was always cheerful and enjoyed life. I cherished our association; our deepest sympathy to her family and friends
