My deepest sympathies to the extended family of Doreen Stack. I grew up in the '50s in Roosevelt Park and was a "school chum" of son Ken. Doreen and Bill always welcomed all the neighborhood children into their home. Years later,in her employment capacity as executive secretary to a local school superintendent, she gave me a glowing recommendation that led to my employment. A terrific lady-she will be greatly missed.
