My husband, Dr. Geoffrey Agrons, and I met Doris when we moved next door to her in Oct 2018. She was a constant marvel to us and defined the term "aging gracefully." We loved running into her at Little Pete's, and one meeting was especially memorable -- many of her great-grandchildren were with her and she was just beaming with pride.
We miss her, and especially miss her laughter through the kitchen wall.

We came to know Doris when we moved into the apartment next door in the fall of 2018. She was the perfect neighbor: gracious, kind, welcoming, and blessed with a great sense of humor. We miss her and will always remember her.

I had the privilege of meeting Doris 35 years ago when I moved into the Philadelphian. Sometimes we'd go to the movies, or play and listen to music at my place - her favorite song was "I'll Never Smile Again". When my parents came to visit, we'd all go to the Flower Show, or have dinner, etc. When speaking of Doris, my mother and father would always use the word "elegant". This floor just won't be the same.
