Mrs Parker what you said about Doris was wonderful I have been crying a lot lately and your entry was so beautiful every single word of it was so true . If I could say I wanted to be like anyone, it would be Doris Carney, she was a beautiful person inside and out. I never knew of her having a mean bone in her body and she never looked down on anyone. She was the true meaning of a Christian and made me believe there are angels on earth. My thoughts and prayers go to her family during this difficult time.

Doris was my neighbor and my friend for most of my children's school years. We moved out of the neighborhood and unfortunately didn't see or talk to each other as much. Doris would do anything for anyone. She was the perfect example of the wife of Proverbs 31. She loved with her whole heart. She'd call me and say what's wrong?
