Doris Chagnon

Doris M. Chagnon, 95, of Central Falls, passed away peacefully Saturday, June 16, 2018. She was the wife of the late Emile Chagnon. Born in Central Falls, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Alphonsine (Plouffe) Boucher. She is survived by her children, Richard Chagnon and his wife Rita, and Raymond Chagnon and his wife, Kathleen, her sister, Claire Paquette, four grandsons, David, Jason, Scott, and Christopher Chagnon, and two great grandchildren, Tyler and Chloe Chagnon. She was the sister of the late Aurore Maillet, Sister Lauray Boucher, SSA, Yvonne Landry, Alice Phaneuf, Theresa Labossiere, Gerard and Leo Boucher. The funeral will be held Wednesday at 8:30AM from the Costigan-O’Neill Funeral Home, 220 Cottage Street, Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30AM in Holy Spirit Parish, 1030 Dexter Street, Central Falls. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours Tuesday from 4-7PM in the Costigan-O’Neill Funeral Home.
