Mrs. Cockrell thank you for molding my childhood you were an excellent teacher at NLR 1982-85 we shared more than a teacher/student relationship you had that other mother spirit about you and I thank you for looking after me. Rest upon the shores and I'll surely see you again.

I was Blessed to have worked with Mrs.Cockrell for many years at Roth Middle School. She brightened my day with her "witty" remarks. She will always be a part of my life stories of Roth and Greater Allen AME. My sincere condolences to the family.
