The 30 yr,s we had as friends seems too be a day. I will miss you, our phone calls,our friendship was as close as family.You always told me, we had known each other forever. My heart is broken for Jerry,Kathy, Kitty & all the loved ones that survive.We will meet you one day in heaven,"what a day of rejoicing that will be".Dottie was a gift from god to our world,she was always helping others. I had the opportunity in meeting Mrs. Craven several weeks ago, and enjoyed visiting with her. So, our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

I had the pleasure of meeting "granny" about 2 years ago, after hearing such grand things about her from Melody. She was so spunky and full of life. She will be sorely missed!

I worked with Dottie at Summerville Dress Company for years and years. She was a great friend and was always there when you needed her. I will miss her phone calls that always caught us up on each others lives, and I will miss her sense of humor.
