Not sure what to say?

Forever Missed. My golfing has suffered without you as my coach and all the good times we shared.

We were sadden to hear of Dorie's passing. She added such a vibrant and enthusaic addition to our meals on wheels delivery program at the senior center in Clackamas. Although I only knew Dorie for a short time, our conversations around the volunteer meals driver table was interesting and fun. One can only hope to be as active as Dorie was up until the end of her life. Dorie will be sorely missed.

Aunt Dorie, What can I say? My most vivid chilhood memory was her with her BB gun shooting at her Great Dane when it would not stop barking. Thank you for being a friend to my Mom Margaret. She already misses you. Paul L. Crooks & Family

Aunt Dorie, what can I say? My vivid childhood memory of her with her B-B gun shooting at her Great Dane when he would not stop barking. Thank you for being a good friend to my mom, Margaret. She already misses you.

My mother Dolores and Dorie were best friends in high school. I have heard many stories about their escapades. During the time I cared for my mother in my home, and as she entered dementia, she called me Dorie most of the time. I stopped correcting her, as it was pretty special to be called by the name of someone I admired, who was smart and funny, and had so much fun with my mother. As my mother often said "Dorie is the smartest person I have ever known." I am sure the two of them are...

My strongest memories as a kid was living next door in Aloha. Dick was my best friend and Dorie was my other "mom". My condolences to the whole family. Even though I hav'nt seen the family in many years I still think about the adventures we use to have and how warm and inviting Dorie's great smelling kitchen use to be. Looks like she was blessed with a large and loving family. Dave LaFollette

I am so sorry to learn of Dorie's death.
I shall miss her greatly. I will forever remember her special laughter and her saying "I'm really smiley about that". Also I owe my learning to golf to her. She helped me in every way and eventually I learned to play the game almost as good as she. Her response" I created a monster didn't I.
