To everyone, here are some of Doris's paintings. Starting with the blue leaves she did when she was about 23 and ending with the Lilac bunch with a crystal next to it. The Bananas with Orange pitcher, were done at 8 Point Lake, the boat on the shore was Grandpa McArthurs boat. That pastel was done of 8 Point Lake.

Doris was an inspiration to so many young people growing up around the Eight Point Lake area. We relied on her insight, creativity, and sound advice. Her zest for life lifted my spirits and inspired me. She radiated love and concern for others. I feel her presence still.
