To Aunt Doris' Wonderful Family,

I have the most fond memories of your mother beginning in my early childhood. I can remember visiting your home and having wonderful meals and homemade desserts. My mom was in awe of your mother's sewing and homemaking abilities. When I was in 4H and learning to sew, she was so encouraging and interested in what I was working on. Doris was a wonderful, happy, loyal and hardworking member of the State Police family at Troop E in Montville. She always stayed late on the last day of the month to enter the trooper's reports into the report system computer. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. May she rest in peace.
