Doris Dunn

I miss my Aunt Doris. We spoke on the phone every couple of weeks, and during the past five years I made two visits to see her, which I will treasure. She loved to keep up with the news, was a voracious reader -- she went through every page of the various newspapers I would pick up during the day -- and as mentioned by others, she loved her USO volunteer work -- an involvement that began when she was only 19, in 1940. What a long and worthwhile life she had.

So sorry to hear about Aunt Doris passing, love always Richie

My friend Dorey was delightful and funny, and I loved her dearly. She hung on to life for an amazingly long time, enjoying every busy minute. I'm happy to be counted among her infinite number of friends and will miss her soooo much!!!

Dory was so gracious when we bought the condo next door in 2009. I always enjoyed talking to her when in Palm Springs. I will miss those conversations!

Dory was a special friend and neighbor adding pleasure to the winter months I spent in Palm Springs. I will miss her.

She was the first person to welcome me when I came to Casitas Arenas five years ago, and we shared many a laugh through the years. She was always on the go, but the USO topped the list. Her spirit was absolutely infectious.
