Tom, sorry to hear of your losses.

While trying to find the address where Ray last lived, I just discovered that Doris has also passed, just two months after Ray. Tom had called me about Ray, just a day or or so after he died. In many ways, I "grew up" at Deaconess under Ray's tutelage; he was a great role model for many of us, and a good friend. I am typing this note at a desk he built half a century ago from old pharmacy marble, and pine, a desk I cherished at the hospital for about 30 years and have used daily ever since....
