Jean Berrigan and Dottie's Family,
I have known Dottie since the early 1970's in Full Gospel Businessmen's Fellowship International with her sister and brother-in-law. Dottie and I also shared a brief time in Bible study at Canal Street Presbyterian Church. She was a very soft-spoken witness and firm in her love of Jesus and her relationship with Him. To the Fernandez family, Dottie was one of the sweetest people I have ever met and one of the few of my Grandma's side of the family I actually got to know. Please know the thoughts of my mother and I are with you at this sad time. I am certain there is a special place upstairs for Dottie. My special thoughts to Miss Jean for your loss of a wonderful friend and companion.

May God bless and comfort you with wonderful memories of Dottie. Her enthusiastic, sincere love for God and for each of us will always be an inspiration.
