DORIS J. GIVAN

To Zun, I did not know of the homegoing of my
teacher, friend and role model. Even though we got on each others nerves most of the time we loved each other anyway. The Lord has called her home in His time. Lovingly missed but never forgotten! Cynthia Abrams Farmer

I was so shock to hear of Mrs.Givan's passing. I often thought about her after I graduated from JFK in 1974. Doris was my 10th grade clerk-typist teacher at JFK in 1972. She was a beautiful person,a wonderful teacher and now one of God's beautiful Angels.

R.I.P Doris... after all of these years, I have and will never forget you.

Mrs Givan was a great teacher/role model for me. She represented what was righteous and kind in this world. I thought of her often after graduating from JFK in 1990. May peace be bestowed upon the family.

My sincerest sympathy to the family. Mrs. Givan was my homeroom teacher @ JFK from '72-'75. She was truly a great person. I pray God's peace and comfort for those who loved her and miss her.
